Q: Why wouldn't I just sign with an agency or management? Good question! When signing an agreement with an agency, you usually give away a percentage of your income for unpredictable work. Besides that, no matter how much work there is, you are always stuck to giving them their share - even if they don't provide any results. Our plans are transparent and actually helpful for your career, and if you don't need consulting at a certain time, you can pause your subscription anytime and continue at a later time.
Q: Is there a limit to how many requests I can have? Once subscribed, you'll be able to contact your consultant with unlimited chat messages or schedule 1-on-1 video calls for deep strategy meetings of up to four per month.
Q: How fast will my requests be processed? On average, most requests are completed in just one business day. More complex requests can take longer and will be sent in multiple deliveries.
Q: What will I receive? Typically, you’ll receive curated A&R leads (such as producers, artists, remix ideas or samples), as well as strategic input via chat or calls. Most requests are delivered within one business day.
Q: Who are the consultants? HEADQU.ART is a boutique A&R service run by one person. You’ll work directly with me, Alex, founder of HEADQU.ART, with fifteen years of experience in the music and creative industries. However, for other requests, we might involve partners.
Q: What if I don't need a whole month's subscription? We understand you may not need a whole month of consultation service. That's where the subscription pause comes in handy: Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
Q: How do I send requests? Once you have subscribed, you can send as many requests to your consultant in chat as you like and they will take care of them one by one.
Q: Are there any refunds if I don't like the service? Due to the custom nature of A&R scouting and research, we’re not able to offer refunds. However, you can pause or cancel your subscription anytime at the end of your billing period.
Q: What if I only have one request? That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
