Q: Why wouldn't I just sign with an agency or management? Good question! When signing an agreement with an agency, you usually give away a percentage of your income for unpredictable work. Besides that, no matter how much work there is, you are always stuck to giving them their share - even if they don't provide any results. Our plans are transparent and actually helpful for your career, and with the monthly plan, you can cancel your subscription when you don't need consulting anymore.
Q: Is there a limit to how many requests I can have? Once subscribed, you'll be added to your own communcation channel on our Discord server, where you can add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Q: How fast will my requests be processed? On average, most requests are completed in just two business days or less. More complex requests can take longer and will be delivered in multiple deliveries every two business days.
Q: What will I receive? Typical requests are delivered in two business days on average. This includes appointments for consultation calls as well as services such as analytical feedback, marketing plans, cover artworks and more...
Q: Who are the consultants? HEADQU.ART is a consulting agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me, founder of HEADQU.ART. However, for other requests, we might involve partners.
Q: What if I don't need a whole month's subscription? We understand you may not need a whole month of consultation service. That's where our Gold-Consultant and Platinum-Consultant come in handy as one-time-purchases.
Q: How do I send requests? Once you have subscribed, you can fill out a form with all information we need from you. Afterwards, for further communication you will be invited to your very own client area on our Discord server. Here you will be able to send as many requests to your consultant as you like and they will take care of them one by one.
Q: Are there any refunds if I don't like the service? Due to the nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
Q: What if I only have one request? For you we have our Gold-Consultant and Platinum-Consultant packages for a one-off fee.
