LIZZO PERFORMED RAMMSTEIN COVER IN GERMANY

Have you ever wondered how an artist can seamlessly transition from pop to heavy metal?

Look no further than Lizzo. The pop star added Rammstein’s 1997 hit “Du Hast” to her tour setlist and performed it to a raucous reception from fans in Hamburg and Berlin.

Lizzo sang the song in her own unique style, adding crowd encouragements and a team of synchronized backup dancers. She also wore a glittering lime-green Mugler bodysuit for the performance.

The cover was a hit with the German metal band as well, who shared Lizzo’s full video on their Instagram story.

This is not the first time Lizzo has covered other artists’ songs during her tour. She has previously covered Lauryn Hill’s “Doo Wop (That Thing)” and Chaka Khan’s “I’m Every Woman,” showcasing her range and versatility as a performer. Lizzo has also shown her instrumental prowess, performing a 30-second flute solo during her cover of Sam Smith and Kim Petras’s “Unholy” for BBC Radio 1.

Lizzo’s performance of “Du Hast” proves that she can take on any genre with confidence and flair.

It also shows that a great cover can be a fun way to connect with audiences and pay homage to other artists.

As Lizzo continues to tour the world, we can expect more surprises and memorable performances from the talented pop star.
